Look up the NID, or ACC, number for the sequence
of interest in the lists below. Make a note of what contig it is in-
remember, if the sequence is not listed it is either a unique clone
or has been removed from the analysis. Once you know the contig
number go to the appropriate contig link below for a complete list of
members. If a contig is no longer listed it has probably merged with
another- look up one of the contig members to find the "new" contig
number.
To aid in the display and searching of the data,
and to limit file size for faster retrieval, we have broken the data
up into parts.
